Questioning your Bold.

Why the heck would we question being bold? 

We hear all the time, be bold, be strong.   Be bold, be unstoppable.  Be bold, be proud.  Be bold, do you.  Bold, bold, bold, bold, bold…   Yet, if you are bold or being bold, a seed of doubt can sprout up once in awhile and make you question your integrity.  

I had a lively conversation yesterday with a confident, very charming, young woman who boldly wears fabulous red dresses and dances like everyone is watching.    She owns a business where she loves being bold in what she sells, but she shared a story with me that she grapples that not all her customers support her being bold.   In fact, these customers can even be a little snarky about the bold.  Yes, the lively conversation travelled down the path, that, well, then they are not the right customers for your business. 

BUT, it really was about questioning your bold.   I say hug that bold tight and kick those questions to the curb.    Turn that bold questioning into bold reflectioning.

OK, not a real word, but pretty close.
