You want to make 2026 your Year of FUN?    Hey Fun Friend, Let me ask you something— Are you ready to make this year YOUR Year of FUN? It does not mean adding more to your plate.
It does not mean big, expensive, grand-like fun. It means this:

👉 Making fun a practice, not a resolution that fizzles by February. Why? Because fun is good for your health.

It’s good for your spirit.

And it’s good for your performance—in your work and in your everyday life.

There have been times in my life where I start to feel the daily grind of life’s responsibilities wearing me down, making me feel blah and missing my zest.  When I finally pause, I recognize it has been a while since I had a good belly laugh, or did something silly, or simply had a little bit of fun.  Those blah feels and zest disappearances, become my que that I need to get my fun back on track– pronto!

I believe so strongly in my heart that you deserve to live feeling passionate, lively, and full of vibrancy too.  Every.
Single.
Day. This is your one life—not a rinse-and-repeat cycle of just getting through the days. And here’s the thing most people miss: When life knocks you down (and it will), fun builds resilience.

When tough stuff shows up, your cup is already full and you can handle it.

When you need to adapt, pivot, or change—you can. This is what I call Living Lively.

This is Feeling Alive.

And Fun Health can no longer be the world’s best-kept secret. We talk about physical health.
We talk about mental health.
It’s time we start normalizing FUN HEALTH. You with me? Let’s gooooooooooooo 🎉 What the Year of FUN Is Really About. The Year of FUN is not about doing more. It’s about feeling more alive in the life you already have. It’s about: Releasing the guilt of fun Letting go of feeling judged by fun  Shifting your mindset so fun is seen as productive, not frivolous It’s about retraining your brain—rewiring your neurons—to recognize fun as rewarding. It’s about remembering that fun doesn’t have to be bungee jumping in the Amazon (even though that is super fun). Tiny fun counts. And it’s about knowing your fun—not Instagram fun. So… how do you do that? As part of the Fun Movement, this is what these regular emails have been all about—teaching you tools and sharing resources on how to have more fun in your life.

It is what the one on one Fun Formula Program offers, where I work with you as your side by side guide, meeting weekly, for 14-days, 2 or 3-months.  This is also what the Finding Fun Experiment Podcast has been all about. As the first season wrapped up, I interviewed over 20 fun, laughter, and play experts from around the world, sharing their finding fun wisdom with you. This season, I’m going deeper—with curiosity and courage—to crack the code on: Why you feel guilty having fun—and how to truly let that go Why feeling judged runs deep—and how to work through it How to build a bigger, stronger, more connected Fun Fan community and take the FUN Movement forward—together Because I don’t want anyone feeling:

Alone.
Isolated.
Judged.
Or guilty for wanting a vibrant, passionate life. You deserve this.

And the people you impact deserve the best version of you.  ❤️ Fun is a lifelong experiment.
It evolves.
With you. This podcast, these emails, the Fun Forma Program—and this Fun Movement—exist to help you Find Fun as a continuous, curious journey. One where you experiment with habits, rituals, perspectives, tools, and stories that bring more laughter, play, and joy into your life. Thank you for being here.

Thank you for being a Fun Fan.

Imagine a world when fun becomes a necessity in all of our lives… Brighter.
Lighter.
Healthier. If you have ideas, questions, or curiosities about finding more fun in your life, email me anytime at treena@minddoodles.ca—I love, love, love hearing from you. Thank you for being on this FUN ride with me.
Together, let’s make this YOUR Year of Fun 💖

Happy 2026!  Treena x

PS. On the podcast last week:

I talk to Marc Mawhinney a self-proclaimed workaholic and we dig into the struggle of giving yourself permission to have fun amongst the mountains of work. How many times have you been caught in impossible, never-ending deadlines, telling yourself you just don’t have time for fun right now?   The impact is real with burnout, sleep problems and chronic exhaustion.  But there are small changes that workaholics can make to view fun as work fuel that I share on this episode. 👉 Listen here.
